EXCELLENTVerified Alliance Auto Body is my favorite! They've taken care of me & my car twice now, and I truly have no notes. They do a fantastic job with my car (Subaru crosstrek), and their customer service is impeccable. Jermaine & the team have been so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. Between setting up a rental car, to shuttling me to the Enterprise, to check-in calls and handling all of the insurance bits, they really think of everything. They made this process the least stressful it could possibly be! As for my car, it looks brand new. The paint job is seamless, and they really checked EVERYTHING, not just the impact area. I had to call to follow up with them three times and they never communicated with me any delays. After the 3 weeks, I told them to just give me the parts and I'd install them myself. Mike and Jermaine were very helpful, discussed it with the excellent technician right in front of me, and gave me an appointment for following week knowing it was not an urgent job. My wife dinged it the first time; this time I managed to bang it up. In both cases, Jermaine, the Service Manager, was helpful, courteous and professional in providing me with an accurate estimate of the work needed, updating me on the expected time of completion and even saving me an additional 3.5% charge if I could avoid paying with a credit card (which I did). They did an excellent job of restoring my car back to 'good health' and my car now looks and rides like new.
