5 star service! Jermaine was amazing and super communicative throughout the whole process. Very easy to address my concerns with and kept me updated with every step of the way. I had a horrible experience with my last repair and they even found a towel shoved into one of the holes in my door. Alliance replaced the whole thing and did an awesome job at making my car look like brand new! They were able to work with my insurance to be sure everything was covered. My Tesla parts took awhile to get delivered. I know the wait time is out of their control but Jermaine was sure to always update me when the parts were expected to ship. I did have an issue after i got my car back where my back tire kept saying it was low pressure after a week of driving it. We kept an eye on it and then when it did it the second time i was sent to their tire guy in pasadena and they fixed it right away! Alliance is the best out there! THE AUTO BODY SHOP YOU SHOULD GO TO!~
I found this place on yelp and it did not disappoint. I requested a quote from them and was able to bring in my car for an accident where my sister drove my car into a parking pole (‍ yeah it actually happened). 

I was directed to Jermaine, who helped guide me through the whole process of my insurance, not to mention, dealt with my insurance company, answered all my multiple annoying calls about the status of my car and kept true to his words of returning to me my car in  TIP TOP  condition. 

I couldn't be any more satisfied with my service and for the price that I paid for it. WELL WORTH IT.  Not to mention, Jermaine offered as a courtesy to help me buff and detail out the small scratches on my car. Will be coming back to get those little scuffs off when I have I the time to.

Was a bit skeptical to begin with since it was my first time having my Tesla hit by another driver, but they went above and beyond to make sure to take care of everything for me- from the communication with insurance company to resolving an issue I had where insurance wouldn't cover part of the car rental. They did a great job of replacing parts and re-wrapped my entire car which they got covered by insurance as well. My car was in a hit and run on New Year's Day while parked on the street. This car was a lease and I had turn it in by February, so I needed it repaired asap. I did my own research and found this place online. As soon as I requested an estimate, Michael responded with a time and date to meet at the shop. Went in the next day, early in the morning, I asked for Michael he was very gracious and sweet.  I told him about my ordeal and also asked about a tiny dent that I needed repaired, as I needed to turn in the car soon. Michael said that he would take care of it along with the repair. I was then referred to Jermaine who would be assisting me through the process. Jermaine eventually would be the person I had to call 10 times to get updates, and he was VERY patient with me. The shop took care of everything that had to do with the insurance,  money and blah blah, which I'm happy with because there's enough stresses in life. The only thing that I was a bit frustrated with was the handoff process. It felt rushed, and I wish there was a more detailed process on what they did. They also left the inside of my car a bit disorganized and mirrors and seats changed. Nothing drastic, and honestly not enough to take stars away, because at the end of the day, they dealt with the bigger picture. Anyways, choose them for any auto repair needs! Germaine was a godsend, truly. Not only am I surprised with the end result of the body & paint work for my vehicle, but the customer service Alliance provides is more than exceptional. I had a really terrible experience with my own insurance company, but Germaine went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle back asap. He understood my frustration I had with my insurance adjuster who made it almost impossible for me to get my car back after it was already completed and ready for me to retrieve. He was diligent about helping me chase down my insurance contacts everyday (yeah, EVERYDAY) until we got things moving forward. Honestly Germaine's customer service and accountability/taking responsibility and charge to help me resolve my issue was what kept me calm and collected despite me having issues with my own insurance company. A big THANK YOU to Germaine and Alliance team for also giving me my vehicle back in tip top shape! I was surprised to see that they've deep cleaned my vehicle and made sure it was presented in the best way possible on pickup day. EXCELLENT quality and service here. They repaired the front right side of my Subaru Forester and it looks amazing. Great communication, a human actually answered the phone every time I called. A couple of parts didn't come in the original time quoted but that can happen and it still worked out fine. I think with car repairs you have to be flexible and honestly, the turnaround was still a week which is great. Highly recommend! I was involved in a rear end accident and found Alliance Auto Body on Yelp. From the first visit to the last, Alliance was with me every step of the way. Jermaine, was able to see me without an appointment as a walk-in and walked me through the process of the claim and what to expect with insurance. Throughout the repairs, Jermaine sent me progress pictures and called me with updates. The car looks brand new as if out of the dealer. I had an exceptional experience with Alliance Auto Body, and I must commend Jermaine for going above and beyond to assist me. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and Jermaine's expertise and commitment to excellence made the entire process seamless.

Jermaine kept me in loop for every step of the way, and I purchased the car a few months before the accident, while making sure the car had a clean title and never been a wreck. Jermaine notified me of previous damages that were hidden, and previous owner/shop had fixed with glue/washers/nuts. Jermaine made sure I was taken care of and out of the kindness and professionalism, offered to fix many things out of courtesy. 

I cannot express how great they are, how clean their shop is, and how professional they have been even in times of all the holidays.
